finding winter, drawing spring

Heather Smith Jones has some brand new work that she's been pouring her heart and soul into. It is a multi-media collection called "finding winter, drawing spring" and features original watercolor and mixed media works, letterpress prints, photography, and postcard sets.

Her statement about the collection ~ For the "finding winter, drawing spring" collection I am combining the disciplines of drawing, painting, printing and photography to talk about renewing hope within a time of austerity. Recognizing beauty, even brief glimmering moments, can revive our sense of vibrancy. 'Winter' and 'spring' are metaphors for these thoughts.
